Provides individualized care based on family needs, case management and goal-setting for pregnant/postpartum, parents/families with children. Residents who are admitted to the Family Preservation Program will be dually-enrolled alongside their participation in either the Foundation or Alumni programs. Participants may have an opportunity to have their children live with them on property, and will adhere to the appropriate handbook and policies relevant to their respective program track in addition to policies specific to the Family Preservation Program. We are committed to preserving and reunifying families, breaking generational cycles, and fostering a nurturing environment where parents can learn the skills and emotional tools needed to provide a stable and loving home for their children. Through support, parenting education, and family-centered care, we empower parents to develop healthy, sustainable family dynamics. Our goal is to ensure that each family member has the resources and support necessary to thrive both individually and collectively, creating a lasting foundation for recovery and future success.
