The alumni coordinator will ensure that residents are attending our “All Recovery” alumni meeting once a week and assist in the coordination of prosocial recovery events within the community. Residents would meet with the alumni coordinator to develop an individualized residency contract. Along with alumni program policies, the contract would consist of a minimum of 3 S.M.A.R.T (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time-based) goals the individual needs to achieve in order to successfully transition into independent living. The alumni coordinator would develop an appropriate meeting frequency to ensure alumni are maintaining gainful employment, maintaining monetary savings, and maintaining progress toward meeting their goals for the transition.
