We’re excited to welcome Ralph to the team as a Recovery Assistant at ARC! As an alumnus of the program, Ralph brings a deep sense of empathy, purpose, and lived experience to his work.
“Having celebrated my recovery since June 25th, 2018, I understand the challenges of addiction firsthand. My hope is to help others experience the same sense of freedom I found through this program.”
Ralph earned his Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) certification in 2019—an achievement he completed while still enrolled at ARC. This training gave him the tools to truly connect with others, offering support through compassionate listening and sharing his journey.
Beyond his work, Ralph is passionate about creative expression. He enjoys drawing, painting, writing music, gardening, and most of all, cherishing time with his family—including his son, Ralph Jr., with whom he reunited thanks to the freedom he found in recovery.
Ralph is a firm believer in the power of reconnection and community, and he’s dedicated to walking alongside others as they begin their own paths to healing.
