Matt Davenport | ARC

Matt has worked in the recovery field since 2016, supporting individuals and programs connected with Drug Court, probation, and Acceptance Recovery Center since 2017. As a Lab Technician, he brings a detail-oriented, scientific approach to work that directly supports recovery, accountability, and positive outcomes.

He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Georgia and has a strong interest in science, technology, and hands-on problem solving. Outside of work, Matt is a husband, father, maker, and hobbyist combat robot builder. He enjoys working with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, single-board computers, microcontrollers, electronics, and fabrication.

A self-described “professional nerd,” Matt enjoys combining technical curiosity with scientific rigor and applying both to the recovery field. He believes careful measurement, good data, practical problem solving, and compassion can all belong at the same table.
