A Letter from the CEO

Dear Friends,

As we enter Trans Awareness Month, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the importance of this observance and reiterate our unwavering commitment to serving and supporting the trans community.

Transgender individuals often face unique challenges, from discrimination and social stigma to inadequate healthcare and limited access to affirming resources. It’s crucial for us to recognize and address these disparities and advocate for a more inclusive and equitable society.

At Acceptance Recovery Center, we firmly believe that every person, regardless of their gender identity, deserves respect, understanding, and access to quality care. Our commitment to serving the trans community is not just a declaration but a continuous effort to create safe and affirming spaces for all individuals seeking recovery.

We have integrated LGBTQ-inclusive policies, training, and programs to ensure that our services are culturally competent and trauma-informed. We aim to provide a welcoming environment where individuals can feel safe, supported, and free to be their authentic selves.

Trans Awareness Month serves as a reminder to amplify the voices of transgender individuals, promote acceptance, and encourage open dialogues. We celebrate the resilience and strength of the trans community while acknowledging the work that still lies ahead.

Let us use this month as an opportunity to learn, grow, and take action in support of our transgender friends and family. Together, we can make a difference and contribute to a world where everyone’s identity is honored and embraced.

Thank you for your continued support of Acceptance Recovery Center and our mission to foster an inclusive recovery journey for all.

With warmth and gratitude,
Brandy Anderson, Founder & CEO
