A Letter from the CEO

Dear Community and Friends,

As we approach the end of 2023, it’s a natural time for reflection and anticipation. The past months have brought challenges and triumphs, and each one has contributed to our collective journey of recovery and growth.

This is a season of introspection and resetting. It’s an opportunity to pause, evaluate what’s working, and consider areas for improvement. Just as the seasons change, so do our lives, and with that change comes the chance to redefine our paths and recommit to our shared goals.

As a recovery community, we’ve witnessed incredible stories of resilience, celebrated milestones, and supported each other through the highs and lows. Our strength lies in the shared commitment to personal growth and the well-being of our community.

In the spirit of the approaching new year, let’s take this time to:

Reflect on Achievements: Acknowledge and celebrate the progress we’ve made individually and collectively. Whether it’s a day, a month, or a year in recovery, every step forward is a victory.

Evaluate Challenges: Identify areas where we faced challenges and setbacks. Honest reflection allows us to learn and grow from these experiences.

Set Intentions: Consider what we hope to achieve in the coming year. Setting realistic and meaningful intentions helps guide our actions and aspirations.

Embrace Change: Change is inevitable, and embracing it with an open heart allows us to adapt and thrive. Let’s be open to new opportunities and experiences.

Strengthen Connections: Our sense of community is a powerful force. Let’s deepen our connections, offer support to one another, and foster an environment where everyone feels seen and heard.

As we bid farewell to the old and welcome the new, let’s envision a year filled with growth, compassion, and continued support. May the coming year be a chapter of empowerment, self-discovery, and shared victories.

Thank you for being an essential part of the ARC family. Together, we’ll stride into the new year with courage, resilience, and a commitment to recovery.

Wishing you peace, joy, and a happy new year.

Warm Wishes,
Brandy Anderson,
Founder and CEO
