Bridget is a woman in long-term recovery since January 10, 2016. Shortly after entering recovery, she discovered her passion for helping others. While she currently serves as a part-time residential assistant and group facilitator at ARC, she actually joined the team in December 2019 as a full-time residential assistant. In 2021, she was given the opportunity to serve as a recovery coach at People Living in Recovery, a local RCO (Recovery Community Organization), where she is able to offer support and resources to those seeking recovery from Substance Use Disorder and mental health challenges. We are grateful to have her on the team as she enjoys spending time with the residents and is able to use her lived experience to offer encouragement in a way that only a peer can.
