Katlynn Rose Gunter-Rogers is a Residential Assistant here at Acceptance Recovery! She started as an Intern for two semesters here before she graduated then was offered and took on a part time position after graduation. She has a strong love and passion for people in recovery! She is very strong minded and strong willed in all that she does. She cares for others like no other. She was a High School Honor Graduate in 2019 from Madison County High School and graduated from Athens Technical College on May 2, 2024 with her Associate’s Degree in Social Work (Social Work Assistant), TCC in Addictions, TCC in Domestic Violence and she is also QPR (suicide prevention) certified!
She currently works full time at Athens Orthopedic Clinic and part time at Acceptance Recovery! She is a loving, caring, and active wife to her husband Andre, an angel mom to Cobie Phoenix, and a dog mom to Jethro, Ellie-Mae, and Benji! She is also a loving, and hardworking daughter, sister, granddaughter, cousin, friend and co worker! Her husband is also in the U.S Army! You will often find them trying new restaurants or things together, cooking, cleaning, going to church and serving, or taking a new trip together!
Katlynn loves to serve with a purpose in all aspect of her life and with anything she does, help any and everyone in any way possible, share the light to others, and make a difference in people’s life’s one day at a time!
