Carol Biddle is a former CEO of a respected child and family agency who retired to Athens, where she is a ‘Double Dawg’ graduate in psychology and social work. Serving as an executive coach for a couple of years, Carol transitioned to board membership at a critical time in the early leadership needs of the organization.
ARC has become close to her heart in her volunteer adventure that followed a successful career in child and family welfare and behavioral health services. She has re-homed to NE Georgia after decades away.
